About NOVAHAUS
NOVAHAUS is a luxury custom furniture and lighting company based in New Jersey, serving New Jersey and New York. We build sofas, sectionals, dining tables, beds, storage, outdoor furniture and lighting to order, in your size, fabric and finish, and ship factory direct. We also build pergolas and cabanas. We serve homes across New Jersey and New York. For hotels, restaurants, offices, clubs, wedding venues, salons and medical offices we build commercial pieces from a single piece to large multi-room projects, each quoted with its own timeline, with fire-rated fabrics and foam available on request. How quoting works: send a screenshot or photo of a piece you like and a photo of your room. Drawings, spec sheets and designer or architect plans work too. We reply with a free quote, typically in 3 to 4 business days. Most projects start at $15K. 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due when your order is ready to ship. Yes, built to order for hotels and resorts, restaurants and cafes, offices and coworking spaces, clubs, wedding venues, salons and barbershops and medical offices. Fire-rated fabrics and foam are available on request, we can match your company colors and logo in fabrics and finishes, and we quote from your plans or spec sheets. Each project is quoted with its own timeline.
Most projects start at $15K. Your quote depends on the piece, the size and the fabric or finish. Because every piece is built to order and factory direct, pricing is typically 30 to 50% less than retail. Payment is a 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due when your order is ready to ship.
