  • Order in late fall or winter and your indoor pieces are planned for spring.

Start with the rooms you live in most

You do not have to furnish everything at once. Most families start with the spaces they use every day and add from there.

  • Living room: measure the wall the sofa will face and the walkways around it. A sofa or sectional built to your exact length fits the room you actually have, in mohair, velvet, bouclé, leather or a performance fabric.

  • Dining: leave about 36 inches between the table edge and the wall or nearest furniture so chairs can slide out. A table built to size seats everyone without crowding the room.

  • Lighting: a quick rule for a chandelier is to add the length and width of the room in feet and use that number in inches for the diameter. Over a dining table, hang it about 30 to 36 inches above the top.

  • Bedrooms: start with the bed and the wall behind it, then size nightstands and lamps to the headboard.

Send screenshots of the pieces you like and a photo of each room. Drawings and plans from your designer or architect work too. We quote it all together, grouped by room, with sizing advice and fabric or finish suggestions.

  • Free quote, typically in 3 to 4 business days.

  • Built to order and factory direct, typically 30 to 50% less than retail.

  • Most projects start at $15K.

  • 50% deposit to begin production. The remaining 50% is due when your order is ready to ship.

  • Standard delivery is to your address. White-glove delivery and setup is an optional paid add-on.

Do not forget the porch and patio

New Jersey and New York homes live outside from Memorial Day on. Outdoor sofas, lounge chairs, daybeds and dining sets are built to order with UV protected surfaces, water resistant fabrics and rust resistant metal. Add them to the same quote, or read more on outdoor for summer.
